The entire world is facing difficult and unprecedented times and challenges regarding COVID-19 right now. As a company our main goal is to do everything in our power to help to slow down the spread of this pandemic and prevent the collapse of the health system.
To take responsibility, we decided to have our company mostly work from home. The main exception is the team, who is working in production. We’d like to give our special thanks to them at this point and we can guarantee that we’ll focus all our efforts into keeping our production running.
Due to the worldwide outbreak of COVID-19 delivery times for existing and new order may now be longer than usual, still we try to get out every order as fast as possible. Our suppliers and logistic partners are working, but more and more countries are facing delivery stops.
Government restrictions are now very hard to predict, but you can be sure that due to this extraordinary situation we’ll do updates and keep you posted as soon as it comes to significant changes that effects our regular schedule or your order.
This indeed requires all our customers to support us by accepting the situation. We’d like to thank all of them for their understanding and their help to continue our work. Our team and support center are there for you and will answer any enquiries and requests.
We stay optimistic, that with all the people worldwide helping together to stop the further outbreak, this crisis will be overcome and all of us can go back to our normal lives then.
In our company history we had faced many challenges so far and always emerged stronger. We were able to do so because of the strong support of our customers, dealers, Kickstarter backers and supporters from the very first minute.
